The new cylindrical turning and floating brush is exceptionally efficient. Here are some of its remarkable features:

dirt is removed from the surface not only by the traditional rotary movement but also by the lateral and balancing movement;

together with the cylindrical brush, we have also patented a system of modular sections following the requirement to totally and perfectly clean a double surface compared to that of the filaments, thus saving up to 50% of the plastic material;

the inclination of the tufts enables the brush to reach every possible imperfection of the part involved, managing to deaden differences in levels;

it guarantees even cleaning of the surfaces involved even when the bristles start to wear;

together with tufts having different inclinations we can also punch them on an offset support thus opposing different brushing forces as well as radially compared to the rotation axis;

the brush minimises the pressing force of the machine on which it is used, because the arrangement and the patented inclination of the tufts means that the surface involved is completely covered without further stress;
