The new rotating and floating industrial brushes.

These cylindrical brushes have exceptional efficiency standards due to the particular patented arrangement of the tufts:

  • the removal of dirt from surfaces not only occurs with the traditional rotary motion, but also with a lateral, tilting movement;
  • in addition to the cylindrical brush we have also patented a system with modular sectors, born from the need to be able to completely clean, to perfection, a surface double that of traditional roller brushes, thus saving even 50% of plastic material;
  • thanks to the inclination of the tufts, the brush is able to reach any imperfection of the affected part, managing to cushion the differences in level;

  • in addition to tufts with different inclinations from each other, we can also punch them on the support “down center” thus opposing different brushing forces, as well as radially with respect to the rotation axis;
  • it reduces the pressure load of the machine on which it is used, because the patented arrangement and inclination of the tufts allows the total covering of the affected surface without the need for further stresses;
  • the support of the sector brush is also innovative in form, as the bases are cut at an angle to the orthogonal planes.

The rotating industrial brushes, both in the cylindrical support version and in the sector version, can be customized with respect to our standards according to the needs of the designers: in the covering, in the arrangement of the tufts, in the applied materials.

The sectors of use of these patented industrial rotating brushes are infinite, for example, in the ceramic sector they allow you to reuse old systems and better clean the molds of the presses, they are optimally used in cleaning conveyor belts and for the fruit and vegetable sector.
