Brushes for food collection and processing plants
Moving, supporting, cleaning and polishing fruit and vegetables is not the only thing a brush can do, they play a fundamental role in eliminating residues and keeping automatic lines clean.
Within the agri-food processing lines, there are many functions delegated to industrial brushes with the most diverse shapes. The brushes can remove soil residues from fruit and vegetables, push them gently or cushion falls preventing them from bruising. Finally, other industrial brushes clean the conveyor belts from slag and processing residues to make them ready for the next load.
SLOW DOWN, SUPPORT OR ACCOMPANY
Brushes of various shapes are used to accompany the fall of fruit and vegetables from the bins. Other brushes push them gently but effectively onto the processing lines.
BRUSHES FOR CLEANING THE TRANSPORT BELTS
Food residues can remain in the slots of the conveyor belts and accumulate generating unhygienic situations. The brushes solve the problem by brushing the conveyor belts right from the start so that the product can advance on a clean surface. In the case of conveyor belts with feed flaps, the task can be more difficult, this is where our patented brushes prove their effectiveness.
WORKBENCH CLEANING
Bench brushes or motorized equipment with flat brushes are used to clean the work benches for the first manual transformation that the leafy vegetables undergo or in the treatment of the seedlings.
RAILS AND GRIP HOOKS
Robust and waterproof brushes are used outside the food processing plants on the rails of the loading trolleys and on the gripping hooks which in the long run can accumulate organic residues of the transported products.
